What To Expect

❋ Intentional Structure

This course blends guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect—so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection and safety is a core part of the process. You’ll learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Expert Facilitation

Tiara is an highly trained coach who knows how to hold space, encourage participation, and keep things moving with purpose. In addition, her work is built on lived experience which brings a unique and highly attuned level of compassion and understanding.

❋ A Supportive Space

We highly prioritize authenticity, embodiment and integration—so you can show up as you are and fully engage in the process.

Why This Feels So Hard (and Why It’s Not Your Fault)

I'm Ready!
Many mothers don’t struggle because they’re broken, resistant, or doing healing “wrong.”
They struggle because at some point, their body learned that connection required self-abandonment.
Maybe closeness meant:
  • Overriding your own needs

  • Staying calm when something didn’t feel right

  • Being the stable one while no one stabilized you

  • Trusting God with your heart while your body stayed braced

Over time, your system adapted.
One part of you learned to reach — to keep relationships, faith, and family intact. Another part learned to protect — to pull back, shut down, or go numb when closeness felt like too much.

So now you might notice:

  • Longing for deeper connection but feeling overwhelmed when it’s available

  • Feeling disconnected from your body or emotions

  • Oscillating between faith and exhaustion

  • Wondering why “doing the right things” hasn’t brought relief

This isn’t a failure of will or belief.
It’s what happens when the body never learned that it’s safe to stay.
Rooted is not about pushing you into change. It’s about restoring safety — in your body first — so connection with yourself, others and God becomes something you can remain present for not just endure.

What Makes Rooted Different

This is not a mindset program.
It’s not about fixing your attachment style.
And it’s not about spiritual bypassing pain in the name of faith.

Rooted weaves together:

  • Somatic awareness (listening to the body without forcing release)

  • Compassionate inquiry (understanding patterns without shame)

  • Faith-rooted reflection (grounded, lived, and embodied — not performative)

The goal is simple, but profound: To help your body learn, often for the first time, that it is safe to be with yourself as you are, so becoming happens naturally.

“BEING” // Establishing Safety

The 6-Week Journey:
From Being to Becoming

Weeks 1 & 2:

Focus: slowing down, reducing shame, restoring presence

Week 1:
Learning How to Stay

Understanding why your body learned to brace, withdraw, or over-function — and how to begin creating internal safety without pressure.

Week 2:
The Body as a Faithful Messenger

Reframing symptoms, reactions, and shutdown as meaningful signals rather than obstacles — and learning how to listen without trying to fix.

Weeks 3 & 4:

”THE IN-BETWEEN” // Listening & Choice

Focus: self-trust, emotional clarity, relational flexibility

Week 3:
When Closeness Brings Conflict

Exploring push–pull patterns, longing and protection, and why intimacy can feel both desired and threatening.

Week 4: Permission to Want, Permission to Pause

Reclaiming internal consent — learning how to honor desire, limits, and pacing without guilt or collapse.

Weeks 5 & 6:

BECOMING // Integration & Movement

Focus: alignment, reduced reactivity, grounded forward movement

Week 5: Becoming Without Self-Abandonment

Practicing how to move forward, set boundaries, and engage in relationships while staying connected to yourself.

Week 6:
Embodied Faith in Real Life

Integrating body wisdom and faith — learning what it means to remain rooted while life, relationships and responsibility continue.

Who This Program Is For (and Who It’s Not)

This is a space for women who are willing to be honest, curious and kind with themselves.

This program is designed for mothers who:

  • Feel disconnected from their body, emotions, or sense of self

  • Notice push–pull patterns in relationships (longing for closeness, then pulling away)

  • Are tired of doing more inner work without feeling safer

  • Love God, but sense a gap between faith and how their body actually feels

  • Are ready to slow down and listen rather than push through

  • Want growth that doesn’t come at the cost of self-abandonment

This program is not for mothers who:

  • Are looking for quick fixes or symptom elimination

  • Want a purely cognitive or mindset-based approach

  • Prefer rigid structures or prescriptive answers

  • Are unwilling to engage in gentle self-reflection

Program Logistics

Becoming doesn’t require striving.

It requires safety.

Rooted teaches your body how to experience safety again — so the woman you are becoming doesn’t come at the cost of the woman you already are.
